Attentive, skilled, helpful and friendly

I have been looked after by Mr Wilson for the past 39 years. Even though we have moved out of the district there is no way ( whilst i am able), that I would consider going to anyone else.

The hygienist is always friendly and caring. Takes her time to explain what she is going to do and what to do if I need her to stop.As an aside what is airflow GBT I think you need to explain this on your survey

Location and friendliness of team

Doctor Sheelan Patel has to be the kindest dentists I have ever visited. He talks through everything he is doing, answering any questions I may have in terms that I understand. He is thorough with treatments, but where he can, he will give me options, including a cost-cutting one where relevant. His professionalism shines through, as does his gentle sense of humour. If one could ever say it is a pleasure visiting the dentist, then Sheelan Patel would most certainly be my dentist of choice.

All the staff are friendly and courteous. The dentist explained the procedure and showed me the result of his work. I felt very comfortable in the chair.

I'm a very nervous patient and had to come on my own. I was made as comfortable as was possible, and the hygenist and dental nurse were mindful of my nerves, and kept to a pace I could cope with. They showed empathy and kindness.

I had an appointment with Louise which was pain free yet thorough. I was made to great ease and the few explanations needed were given clearly. I left with a thoroughly clean feeling set of teeth and mouth.

Initial reaction to my toothache. The diagnosis was thorough, and a further appointment arranged with a specialist. The surgeon explained the procedure, removed the tooth very expertly, and it was much less traumatic than I expected.
