Dentures

I have been a patient at the Hadleigh Dental Practice since it started. The practice is excellent and they look after our whole family. I would and do recommend them to all of my friends and I would never want or consider going anywhere else. The whole service from the reception to the dentists is exceptional.

My dentist listens to my concerns, and considers my anxiety by explaining how he will proceed. I have total trust in him which is more than i can say for other dentists i have had.

Having been referred to this practice by my NHS dentist in Sudbury I was delighted with the time taken by Hadleigh Dental Surgery to explain the great detail what they recommmended and which led to the extraction of my tooth. The dental surgeon who performed the extraction explained in great detail what he was going to do prior to starting and at stages during the procedure. Although it wasn’t a pleasant process for me the patient, he and the nurse succeeded in reassuring me at all times during the proceedure. At the end he gave me a detailed explanation of what I should do for the next few days at home. I was sent a list of instructions by the practice which included some but not all of the surgeon’s verbal instructions. Both he and the nurse were very professional throughout. Although I didn’t enjoy the extraction I wouldn’t be as apprehensive if I have to have another one in future.

Very understanding , talked me through the procedures. Caring.The staff are very friendly and kind, the surgery was clean and tidy. I was seen earlier than my scheduled time.

Appointment on time, everybody friendly was talked to all the time letting me know what he was doing and explaining what he was doing. No problems even though I am a very nervous patient.

Good rapport with dentist

Fantastic team from beginning to end. Great care taken and most importantly, step by step description of what was going to be done, why, how and went it went wrong an explanation of the cause. I can only recommend this team.

Like most people going to the dentist is only done because we wish to look after our teeth. I have been attending this dentist for years and she has always been really really good, she makes you feel relaxed,knows what shes doing and makes the experiance as best she can.What more can you ask for when what could be a nervous situation.
