It takes me an hour to get to Hadleighand I wouldn’t be doing that were it notfor Rachel’s expertise over the last 20 years.Not that I get to see her under all the masks.Surely it’s time things went back to normal!!

I had been going to the same dentist for 25 years and the practice was sold due to ill health.My first appointment was straight into a hard sell and my actual check up was completed in under two minutes.My wife experience the same and we immediately informed the receptionist of us deciding to leave.I can well appreciate a practice high lighting the various dental options available and is necessary.We have been well informed by Mr Patel as to the condition of our teeth and informed of possible procedures that may be needed but never felt pressured and appreciated the time Mr Patel takes to explain matters and you never feel rushed.

The clinician was very professional, explained what she was going to do, showed me the problems with my mouth and recommended a suitable treat plan

The staff are always friendly and helpful. My dentist is great! He always listens to my needs ( I have a neck fixation so it is tricky for me to get comfortable in the chair) and is patient and understanding.

Miss Norris is brilliant and a complete professional. I've probably been coming to Hadleigh Dental Surgery for 25 years. Yes the 6 monthly check up, clean and occasional xray is expensive but its good essential maintenance and worth every penny imo.

Dealt with promptly - next day - emergency appointment as I broke a tooth . Staff were kind and efficient .

Very clear communication from everyone who works at the practice and very good aftercare I had a few things after the extraction that concerned me and they were very helpful and I got seen my the dentist again who checked everything out and calmed my concerns and prescribed me some medication incase I needed it over the weekend

as always, very professional and efficient; a pleasure to visit, been visiting for years.
