The receptionists were attentive, professional and helpful. I wasn’t left standing waiting before being addressed.Once in the waiting room, I was called through very quickly.The dentist, Mr Singh, was really welcoming and made me feel at ease instantly. He explained everything he was going to do, giving me updates as he went so I knew exactly what to expect. After the treatment, he went through everything again, showing me images at different stages of my treatment.The dental nurse was efficient, polite and kind.I didn’t feel any of the discomfort I have previously felt when having dental work completed. I would strongly recommend this surgery, and I was very happy with my experience.

The experience was great unlike my current dentist and I wish they were based in Ipswich as I would definitely consider moving from my dentist to them. So far both times I have visited I have been seen on my exact appointment time, unlike my current dentist where this never happens.
