Listened to my symptoms. Listened to my previous dental experiences and acted accordingly. Explained each and every action to be done as needed. Very attentive when I needed to halt for swallowing, breathing, etc. Offered me the option to wait a while to do the second extraction which I passed on. Over all, very pleased.

I felt the treatment I received was very professional but also conducted with a personal touch. My dentist (Philip Wilson) listened and responded accordingly to the concerns I had re the cleaning techniques that were to be used on my teeth.

My daughter was seen very quickly after checking her in at reception. The lady at the desk was nice and polite. The area where we waited was bright and airy and clean. The dental nurse collected my daughter and she was very smiley and friendly. The dentist is always very nice when we visit and he is very polite, friendly and professional putting my daughter at ease. She doesn't dread going to the dentist as everyone is very nice and smiley. Cannot fault.
