have had a number of terrible dental experiences before coming to my current dentist at your practice. In the past when I was working and could not attend a daytime appointment I was offered an evening appointment. the dentist I am seeing is aware that I am a nervous patient, explains everything and is very calming. I have had no subsequent problems with any treatment carried out at your surgery. I will continue to use your practice even though I have to travel some distance.

Hadleigh Dental Surgery are fantastic. They are excellent at providing dental care, the surgery is very well managed, the staff are friendly and kind and I am so pleased that we have found such a wonderful surgery.

At my appointment Mr Wilson quickly discovered that I needed to have a back tooth extraction. He was very busy but quickly asked another dentist at the practise to carry out the procedure. I had to return to the surgery an hour later . Mr Patel was brilliant and quickly removed my tooth . Thankyou to you both

Very professional excellent at putting patients at ease, the whole practice is a joy to deal with, we live nearly 2 hours away but still continue to use this practice as we are very satisfied with all aspects of the way we are treated.

I had been rereferred from my dentist and found the team extremely helpful. The reception team contacted me in good time to arrange the consultation and they were helpful and friendly when we attended the clinic. The dentist who saw me for my consultation shared everything clearly and explained my options based on his assessment. The result was that I needed an extraction as soon as possible and this was arranged for a week later. On the day the extraction was completed by Mr Vin Singh and he was excellent. He took so much time explaining what as needed and what he would be doing, listened to any concerns and shared what I would need to do before and after the treatment. I didn't feel a thing and the treatment went really well, exactly as he suggested, putting my mind at ease. It was refreshing to feel so confident when having such a treatment. I can only thank the team for their help.
