Mr. Patel has always explained treatments fully and the reason for them. I'm normally very nervous for dental appointments, but I don't experience the usual rate of anxiety. All staff are very pleasant and helpful from reception, right through to sitting in the chair.

I initially had treatment to create a temporary crown in preparation for fitting a permanent replacement.Unfortunately the crown fell off, so another appointment was swiftly made and it appeared that the cause of the problem was that the crown had been fitted slightly 'proud'. Another appointment was promptly made and subsequent diligent treatment has remedied the problem, free of charge. I am very happy with the standard of care I have received.

I only rang the surgery that morning and was seen within 2 hours.

As always, the team are courtious, friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The diagnosis was exact and the next course of treatment was clearly explained.

My Maryland bridge became unstuck I was advised that the bridge would be sent to the lab for cleaning and should allow one week. Within two days the bridge was returned an appointment was made same day and bridge re inserted. Excellent service well done.
