The surgery was lovely and clean and nice bright lighting and nice decor. Receptionist didn't seem very happy again but it was near the end of the day so she was probably ready go home! As soon as we sat down to wait for the appointment we were called in which was amazingly fast. The dentist and nurse were both friendly, polite and made you feel at ease as always. They are very lovely but professional at the same time. Treated my daughter very well and being gentle with her and telling her everything was fine at the check up. I made another 6 month appointment when leaving which was quick so all was over and done with very quickly which was fantastic.

My appointment last one and a half hours, as advised and there was no pain or discomfort, in fact I fell asleep during the procedure.

Dr Patel explained very clearly the treatment he was going to do and kept checking I was doing OK while he was completing my filling. I felt valued and knowing I had a bad experience at another dentist he made sure I felt comfortable throughout.

Did not have to wait long, reception staff helpful and attentive, waiting room comfortable. Explainations were given throughout check up and plan going forward agreed.

I had a routine hygienist appointment and the prvious suffered a broken filling. At the reception I explained as was informed my usual Dentist was away and they would try to arrange an appointment with another dentist and let me know by phone.This they duly did the following day and arranged for me to be seen that day at midday.I am very happy that everything was done very professionally.
