Very easy to book appointments. Listened thoroughly to problems. Acted fast on investigations. Explained solution and finally sorted the problem. Explained after care and 24hrs later had follow up phone call to check everything was ok.

I was seen on the day I rang, after a front tooth filling fell out. I appreciated the speed. The numbing cream meant the injection was not painful , which was a relief.

Called first thing in the morning and got an emergency appt for an hour later, thorough tests were undertaken to ensure the pan was coming from the correct tooth, both clinician and nurse were friendly, understanding and professional and did the upmost to get me out of pain. Aftercare instructions were given both verbally and written.

Louisa (hygienist) is gentle but thorough and discreet.
