Location and friendliness of team

Doctor Sheelan Patel has to be the kindest dentists I have ever visited. He talks through everything he is doing, answering any questions I may have in terms that I understand. He is thorough with treatments, but where he can, he will give me options, including a cost-cutting one where relevant. His professionalism shines through, as does his gentle sense of humour. If one could ever say it is a pleasure visiting the dentist, then Sheelan Patel would most certainly be my dentist of choice.

I'm a very nervous patient and had to come on my own. I was made as comfortable as was possible, and the hygenist and dental nurse were mindful of my nerves, and kept to a pace I could cope with. They showed empathy and kindness.

I had an appointment with Louise which was pain free yet thorough. I was made to great ease and the few explanations needed were given clearly. I left with a thoroughly clean feeling set of teeth and mouth.

Initial reaction to my toothache. The diagnosis was thorough, and a further appointment arranged with a specialist. The surgeon explained the procedure, removed the tooth very expertly, and it was much less traumatic than I expected.
